Our Intensive English Course is designed to help you learn English on an immersive programme that maximises classroom time with continuous focus on improving your overall communicative skills and fluency.

Course Details

In the morning lessons, you’ll build your knowledge of the language, focusing on increasing your vocabulary and improving your grammar so that you reach the levels of accuracy you need. You will also work on your pronunciation and explore how you can use the language in real-life situations, outside the classroom. Afternoon classes will introduce new learning tools like discussions, role plays, video work and listening exercises. You may also have the chance to study for an exam like IELTS, Cambridge, or FCE - and practice key exam skills. In addition, the Business English option, where available, will help you improve your language skills for work.

What you need to know

Designed for beginner-advanced level students, you will take 26 lessons per week (Ireland), 30 in the UK and 25 lessons per week in Canada. In the mornings, these will be from 09:00 - 13:00 (Ireland), 09:30 - 13:00 (UK) and 09:00 - 12:15 (Canada),  with each lesson lasting 45-55 minutes. This programme also includes afternoon lessons, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (14.00 -16.00 in Ireland, 14:00 - 16:30 in the UK), and 13:00 - 14:00 in Canada (Monday to Thursday).
